ACT’s Heavy Duty pressure plate uses a proprietary diaphragm design that increases clamp load, reduces deflection, and maximizes clutch life. Each unit undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for consistent performance under extreme conditions.

The 6-pad ceramic race disc features a spring-centered hub to damp torsional vibrations and resist failure in harsh use. Reinforced spring retainers with wraparound windows improve strength and durability.
