Description

The ACT SB5-HDG6 kit features ACT’s proven Heavy Duty pressure plate, engineered for high horsepower street or race applications. This pressure plate uses ACT’s exclusive diaphragm design to deliver increased clamp load, reduced deflection, and extended clutch life. Each diaphragm spring is four-stage heat-treated for exceptional strength and consistent performance.

The 6-pad, spring-centered race disc is built to handle aggressive driving conditions. Its spring-center design effectively damps torsional vibrations while resisting failure under extreme use. Reinforced spring retainers and wraparound spring windows improve durability and strength. Engagement is firmer and more direct than stock, allowing for faster, more confident shifts.
